Step 1: Check on another device whether the WiFi works, if it does, go to step 2. If there is no WiFi connection here either, please create a ticket.
Step 2: Remove the power from your smart TV for 1 minute and then try again to see if the WiFi is now connecting. (Samsung TVs suffer from this more often)
Step 3: If you still can't connect to the WiFi, try to connect it to the WiFi again, see other article "Connecting a smart TV to the WiFi"
