Step 1: Check basic settings

  • Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on on your device.

  • Ensure that Airplane Mode is disabled.

  • Toggle Wi-Fi off and back on to refresh the connection.

Step 2: Restart your device

  • Perform a full restart of your smartphone, laptop, or tablet.

  • After rebooting, test your internet connection by opening a website or YouTube.

Step 3: Verify the correct network

  • Confirm that you are connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network (SSID).

  • Double-check that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password (watch out for uppercase, numbers, and special characters).

Step 4: Test the connection again

  • If possible, try connecting a different device to the same Wi-Fi network.

  • If the other device connects successfully, the issue may be specific to your own device.

Step 5: Check your router/modem

  • Make sure your router/modem is powered on and the indicator lights look normal.

  • Restart your router/modem by turning it off, waiting 30 seconds, and turning it back on.

Step 6: Still no connection?

  • If you continue experiencing issues, please create a support ticket.

  • Our team will contact you as soon as possible to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
