On iOS (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open Settings → Wi-Fi.

  2. Tap Watersley-Guest.

  3. Enter WaterGast-! when asked.

  4. If a browser window or login page appears, follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Complete any captive-portal/login page if it appears.

Common issues & fixes

  • “Incorrect password” / can’t connect: Make sure Caps Lock is off and you typed the password exactly (WaterGast-!). Try forgetting the network and reconnecting.

  • Connected but no internet / captive portal not loading: Open a browser and try to navigate to any website — you should be redirected to the guest login/acceptance page. If not, clear the browser cache or try http://neverssl.com.

  • Frequent disconnects: Move closer to the nearest access point or switch off VPNs/third-party firewall apps and try again.

  • Device shows limited connectivity: Reboot the device and reconnect. If the problem persists, contact support (see below).

Security & usage notes

  • This network is intended for short-term guest use only. Do not use it for administrative access or to share sensitive credentials.

  • For business or staff use, please connect to the designated staff network — contact IT if you need access.

  • Passwords are rotated periodically for security. If this password no longer works, contact support.
