Why can’t I connect to my Wi-Fi?

This can have several causes:

Wi-Fi disabled: Check if Wi-Fi is enabled on your device and if airplane mode is turned off.

Incorrect network/password: Make sure you are connected to the correct network (SSID) and that you have entered the correct password. Uppercase letters and special characters often matter.

Restart: Restart your device and, if necessary, the router/modem. This often resolves temporary issues.

? Still not working? Test another device on the same network. If that device works, the issue is with your own device.
